Wet scrubber towers

Wet scrubbers reduce pollutants with a high affinity with water, including SO3, HCl, HF and NH3. Pollutants in the gas stream pass in one acid or basic solution depending on the substance to be abated. TGT’s system consists of a tower made from materials such as polypropylene, glass fibre, or higher-grade steel. Fumes inside the tower pass counter-currently to the injected solution by randomly packing selected bodies. Scrubbers are suitably dimensioned to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability.
