Our high-temperature ceramic filtration systems can be applied to furnaces and clinker coolers, using hot and clean gases to recover process heat or produce energy using OCR systems.
We provide technological solutions that stand out from traditional ones related to low-temperature filtration. By operating between 300 °C and 350 °C, the catalytic ceramic candle filters solve problems related to the emissions resulting from dust, NOx, acid gases, NH3, dioxins, and VOC by injecting appropriate reagents. Subsequently, we can integrate energy-recovery systems to obtain a more efficient and environmentally friendly process.
Moreover, implementing non-catalytic ceramic candle filters downstream of a pre-heater prevents the installation of bulky, expensive heat exchangers that are also complicated to service in favour of more streamlined models.
Besides these solutions, we provide more traditional NOx (SNCR, SCR) treatment and baghouse filtration systems and cutting-edge agent injection systems for acid gases. In the event abatement performance exceeds the plausible wet technology thresholds, our wet solutions are an excellent alternative.
